Overview: The Assistant Program Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the Children & Family Treatment & Support Services (CFTSS) program. This position is responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative work of a small team of per-diem service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and staff support. In addition, the role includes maintaining a small therapy caseload, contributing to program development, and assisting in audits, training, and staff performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention to youth and families
- Supervise and support per-diem staff, including reviewing progress notes and treatment plans
- Lead monthly staff meetings and training sessions
- Monitor service delivery, ensure documentation compliance, and manage payroll
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and audits

Help enforce program policies and support ongoing quality improvement
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- LMSW required (LMHC, LMFT, or similar licenses also accepted)
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong writing, organizational, and leadership skills
- Must be able to provide in-person services

Salary: $70,000–$72,000
