POSITION SUMMARYJewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles (JBBBSLA) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Development Operations & Events Manager to play a central role in advancing the organization’s fundraising goals. This full-time, exempt position serves as the operational backbone of the Development Department, overseeing donor database management, gift processing, reporting, stewardship systems, and fundraising event execution while supervising the Development Operations & Events Assistant.The Development Operations & Events Manager will work closely with the Chief Development Officer, development staff, executive leadership, volunteers, board members, and external vendors to ensure the effective implementation of fundraising strategies, donor engagement initiatives, and special events. The ideal candidate is both a strong project manager and systems thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building efficient processes, and is passionate about fostering meaningful donor relationships.
