We're opening the doors to a beautiful, upscale community designed to provide exceptional care and vibrant living for our residents. As the Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations-leading with integrity, empathy and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead and support staff across departments
- Hire, train new staff
- Manage staffing schedules
- Complete DHS required documents
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment for residents and families
- Serve as liaison with families, healthcare providers, vendors and regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
- Licensed PA Personal Care Home Administrator
- Proven experience in healthcare/senior living administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect
