Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead and support staff across departments
  • Hire, train new staff
  • Manage staffing schedules
  • Complete DHS required documents
  • Foster a warm, inclusive environment for residents and families
  • Serve as liaison with families, healthcare providers, vendors and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

  • Licensed PA Personal Care Home Administrator
  • Proven experience in healthcare/senior living administration
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect
