Assisted Living Memory Care Administrator – Full-Time

Location: Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Assisted Living Administrator to lead our thirty apartment memory care community and ensure exceptional care for residents living with cognitive impairments. This role oversees daily operations, supports staff, and helps create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for everyone who calls our community home.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the 24-hour operations of the memory care community, including budgeting, staffing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage all aspects of staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching
  • Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs while aligning with budget goals
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Business Development to maintain full occupancy and support marketing efforts
  • Develop, update, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with DHS guidelines
  • Coordinate programs, services, and activities to ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Promote a fair, consistent, and supportive work environment
  • Provide ongoing supervision and coaching to ensure high-quality care delivery

Qualifications

  • Current Assisted Living Administrator License in Pennsylvania
  • Experience in memory care strongly preferred
  • Previous leadership or management experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect for older adults and individuals with cognitive impairments
