Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate expertise in various technical areas. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs as necessary. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Utilizes maintenance skills in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC equipment.

2. Diagnoses complex equipment and repairs and reassembles the equipment including residential and commercial appliances.

3. Installs and rearranges complex equipment.

4. Replaces indoor and outdoor lighting by selecting proper replacement bulbs and ballasts.

5. Inspects and troubleshoots Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC systems

6. Work independently on special projects using facility resources, i.e. drawings, files, record documents.

7. Installs and repairs Communication and Data wiring.

8. Install and repair low and high voltage electrical circuits up to 480 volt, 3 phase circuits.

9. Prepares and paints surfaces for painting.

10. Performs landscaping task including the use of tractors, mowers, and trimmers to maintain grass and trees.

11. Able to remove snow and ice using shovels, spreaders, and plow truck.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
