  • Whole-Child Programming: Oversee curriculum and enrichment (music, art, PE, trips) to deliver a well-rounded, individualized education.

  • Talent: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard outstanding teachers; provide ongoing PD, coaching, and goal-setting.

  • Family Partnership: Communicate proactively with parents on progress and plans; ensure teachers maintain timely, structured updates.

  • Student Progress: Lead multidisciplinary meetings to review data and set next steps with the educational and therapeutic team.

  • Admissions: Guide intake, evaluations, and placement decisions to ensure the right services for each child.

What you bring

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of special education, differentiated instruction, and individualized goal setting.

  • Skills: Clear communicator, strong manager, calm under pressure; excellent judgment, empathy, and discretion.

  • Values: Commitment to Torah values and a positive, professional school environment.
