Desired Qualifications: Experience working with youth and teens ages 12-18 in a recreational and/or informal setting; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate and work autonomously; available to work evenings and Sundays; willingness to learn about Jewish culture. General responsibility: Provide safety and supervision to Second Floor teen lounge, engage positively with teens, support program recruitment and teen engagement opportunities and functions.
