SUMMARY: Support Out of School Time Clubhouse program by addressing behavioral, emotional, and social needs; coach staff in inclusive practices and PBS strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-program planning; review child/family info; build relationships; support children’s needs; staff coaching/training; document concerns/interventions; plan accommodations for trips/special programs; communicate with parents/schools/providers. HOURS: 2–6 pm, Monday–Friday. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with children 5–14; PBS/de-escalation training or willingness to train. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Frequent movement; lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs). CERTIFICATIONS: PA clearances, PA Mandated Reporter, First Aid/CPR. Equal Opportunity Employer.
