Leads engaging and safe ropes course experiences (high/low elements) that build confidence, trust, and teamwork. Teaches climbing techniques and safety procedures; facilitates team-building initiatives; conducts safety checks and maintains equipment. Collaborates with Outdoor Adventure team and supports campers’ social-emotional needs. Dates: June 14–August 9, 2026 (in-residence). Benefits include meals, on-site housing, apparel, staff appreciation, and staff-only activities. Clearances and First Aid/CPR required.
