SUMMARY: Year-round competitive USA Swimming program seeks Assistant Coach (ages 12–18). RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Head Coach philosophy and training plan; communicate with parents/swimmers/coaches; coordinate meet entries (Team Unify); attend meets/meetings/events; assist planning practices/events/schedules; work flexible hours incl. mornings/nights/weekends; travel to multiple facilities (Squirrel Hill, South Hills, Allderdice HS, Henry Kaufmann pool). ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Frequent movement; lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs). QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years age group coaching; Team Unify familiarity; competitive swimming experience preferred.
