POSITION SUMMARY: Lead a portfolio of youth development programs including Clubhouse Afterschool, JDays, and Specialty Camps. RESPONSIBILITIES: Program leadership and strategy; direct supervision of OST programs; staff recruitment/hiring/training; evaluation and continuous improvement; budgets; marketing/recruitment; family and community engagement; operations and risk management; liaison with regulators. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Frequent movement; lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs). SUPERVISION: Supervises part-time/seasonal staff; reports to Director of Programming &amp; Recreation, CYF. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s in Human Services/Social Work or related; 3+ years administrative experience. CERTIFICATIONS: PA clearances, NSOR, out-of-state as applicable, First Aid/CPR, physical/TB.
