The JCC of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking Inclusion Specialists for our Out of School time Clubhouse location. Desired Qualifications include the ability to problem solve and be flexible as groups/children need behavior/emotional/social support; experience working with children ages 5-14 in an afterschool or recreational setting; and experience or willingness to receive training in Positive Behavior Support (PBS), de-escalation techniques, and strategies for supporting children’s needs.
