POSITION SUMMARY: Deepen the JCC’s identity as a vibrant, innovative and inclusive Jewish space, integrating Jewish content and values into programs across departments; participate in Center for Loving Kindness. RESPONSIBILITIES: Program development and implementation across ages; Jewish/Israeli cultural celebrations; relationship building and partnerships with synagogues, schools, agencies, other faith groups; staff development; administrative and fundraising support; general agency responsibilities. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Frequent movement; lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs). SUPERVISION: Reports to Resiliency Center Director. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s required; advanced degree in Jewish education/communal service or clergy preferred with 3–5 years relevant experience. CERTIFICATIONS: PA clearances, First Aid/CPR.
