POSITION SUMMARY: Assist Educators with classroom oversight and curriculum implementation in Early Childhood; serves across all age groups and classrooms. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support program operations (gym, carpool, events); maintain continuing education; ensure room/equipment maintenance and compliance; plan and execute age-appropriate activities; maintain safe/healthy environment; interact with parents; maintain lesson plans. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Frequent movement; lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs). SUPERVISION: None; reports to Director Early Childhood. QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma required; AA/BA in ECE or related preferred; 1+ year experience. CERTIFICATIONS: PA Criminal History, PA Child Abuse, FBI, PA Mandated Reporter, First Aid/CPR, out-of-state as applicable, NSOR, physical/TB. Equal Opportunity employer.
