POSITION SUMMARY: Oversees and coordinates full and part time personnel to ensure appropriate coverage as well as excellent customer experience. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates and implements strategies for short and long-range membership sales goals for the South Hills Membership Department. Works closely with Membership Director in the development of market research including membership statistics, retention, demographic profiles, competitive analysis, quality product standards, pricing, and satisfaction surveys. Manages revenue received from varied sources in accordance with established policies and procedures. Manages accounting and membership service functions to ensure accurate member records and provides prompt and courteous service to customers.
