Position Summary:

The Early Childhood Department at the JCC MetroWest in West Orange, NJ is seeking Part-Time (afternoon) Infant/Toddler Assistant Teachers. We have an impressive facility, supportive community, and a teamwork-oriented staff. This position is an opportunity to grow as an early childhood professional through on-going professional development and with supportive leadership. Available Shifts: 1pm-6pm, 2pm-6pm, 3pm-6pm, 4pm-6pm

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will understand developmental milestones, be nurturing, patient, reliable and joyful. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and co-workers.
Child Development Associate Certification Preferred.

Compensation: Salaries are commensurate with credentials; range is $18 – $22 per hour.
