Principal Responsibilities:
54 Nagle Ave, New York, NY 10040 (Upper Manhattan).
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time; 8-hour work day; 40-hour work week.
- Sunday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Paid at $20 per hour.
- Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Driver's License Class D, or higher.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must pass the background check and other pre-employment requirements.
