Principal Responsibilities:

LOCATION:
54 Nagle Ave, New York, NY 10040 (Upper Manhattan).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General maintenance and custodial duties, including but not limited to:
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic areas
  • Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time; 8-hour work day; 40-hour work week.
  • Sunday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
COMPENSATION:
  • Paid at $20 per hour.
  • Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

Minimum Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Driver's License Class D, or higher.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
WORK AUTHORIZATION & CLEARANCE:
  • Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass the background check and other pre-employment requirements.
