Principal Responsibilities:
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on digital storyteller to manage our website, social media, and content channels. In this role, you'll bring our mission to life through engaging content, real-time storytelling, and meaningful community connection.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys both creating content in the moment and shaping a broader digital strategy.

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
What You'll Do
- Capture photo and video content at programs, events, and community moments
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Write and edit compelling copy for web, social, and campaigns
- Manage and update website content for accuracy and user experience
- Develop and maintain a digital content calendar
- Organize and manage a library of digital assets (photos, videos, graphics)
- Engage with audiences across social channels
- Track performance and use insights to improve content and strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to support program promotion
- Stay agile and responsive to real-time communication needs
Minimum Qualifications:
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital content, social media, or website management
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience capturing or creating photo and video content
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong familiarity with Jewish culture, traditions, and values, and a solid understanding of Israel and the global Jewish community
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- A strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or mobile tools)
- Ability to create content that is culturally informed, timely, and aligned with community context
Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000
