Principal Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Kidstime Manager to lead our after-school program. This is a part-time position during the school year, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, at a rate of $25/hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and schedule of the Kidstime program
• Coordinate and manage transportation of students from local schools to the JCC
• Supervise and engage children in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and enrichment experiences
• Lead and support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day program management
• Communicate effectively with families and team members

• Experience working with school-age children
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
