Principal Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of Camp Travel Unit Supervisor (7-9 Grade):

• Oversee unit of 50 campers and staff
• Facilitate staff training and provide daily supervision to team of staff
• Support campers' development and overall camp experience
• Manage all aspects of camp day including travel logistics for day trips, one-night and week-long overnights
• Create safe, loving, inclusive camp environment
• Manage pieces of guardian communication
• Positively collaborate and work alongside other camp staff and senior staff team
• Serve as role model to campers and staff

• Compensation of $5700 inclusive of all summer responsibilities for a full-time camp travel unit supervisor (7-9 Grade) (including day and overnight trips)
• Summer Internship Program (for current college students)

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications of Camp Travel Unit Supervisor (7-9 Grade):

• Teaching experience preferred
• Prior camp experience preferred
• Supervision and classroom management experience preferred
• Experience in professional or personal capacity with pre-teen and teens
• Hard working and team player
• Enjoys having fun, being active, and being outdoors
