Principal Responsibilities:

The Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center (MARJCC) is a vibrant, inclusive community hub committed to enriching the lives of children and families through high-quality programs, education, and cultural experiences. We are seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to safely transport children to and from the JCC for afterschool programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a JCC-owned bus along assigned routes to transport children to and from the JCC
• Ensure the safety of all passengers, following all traffic laws and JCC policies
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment
• Communicate professionally and positively with children, parents, and JCC staff
• Remain calm and responsive in emergency or unexpected situations
• Ensure accurate attendance and passenger logs as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
• Clean driving record and background check
• Previous experience transporting children preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to pass required drug screenings
