Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Graduate Programs, you will serve as the point person for a portfolio of itrek Leaders - graduate students (and occasionally faculty) from top business, law, and policy programs - as they plan and execute Israel Treks for their peers. You will coach and support
Leaders through every phase: recruiting participants, designing itineraries, running pre-trip events, supporting them on the ground in Israel, and conducting follow-up after the Trek concludes. The role blends project management, leadership coaching, content curation, and logistics. Success in this position requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships, and consistently delivering on deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leader Recruitment. Recruit high-quality itrek Leaders who are committed to the program’s mission and have the skills to recruit participants and design strong experiences on campus and in Israel.
  • Onboarding, Training & Leadership Development. Onboard Leaders and deliver ongoing training on core program elements - planning structure, recruitment strategies, funding model, platforms, processes, expectations, and timelines.
  • Relationship Management. Manage relationships with Leaders through regular communication and meetings, both virtual and on campus. Serve as the central point of contact for questions about itrek policies, reimbursements, and other administrative matters. Travel periodically to campuses to strengthen these relationships.
  • Trek Planning & Execution. Guide Leaders through every stage of Trek planning, including participant recruitment, itinerary design, budgeting, and logistical oversight. Provide and advise on Israel-related content suitable for business, law, and policy audiences, drawing on speakers and materials vetted by the itrek content team and your own knowledge and experience. Travel to Israel as needed to support Leaders on the ground and ensure quality execution. Oversee the working relationship between each school’s Leader team and the Tour Operator.
  • Tracking, Evaluation & Follow-Up. Track KPIs and complete follow-up for each Trek. Maintain accurate program data in Salesforce and other systems throughout the year. Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to assess Trek impact, and integrate findings into future planning. Transition Leader relationships to the itrek Alumni Network Team at the appropriate point in the cycle.
