The mission of the IAC is to build an engaged and united Israeli-American community that strengthens: the Israeli and Jewish identity of our next generations, the American-Jewish community and the bond between the peoples of the United States and the State of Israel.

Job Purpose:

The IAC Partnership & Marketing Director of Ofek Hub will cultivate partnerships and lead all marketing efforts to fulfill the vision of bringing together Israeli-American communities through the Ofek Hub. The IAC Partnership & Marketing Manager of Ofek Hub reports to the IAC National Senior Director of IAC OFEK.

Duties include and are not limited to:

  • Lead the development of partnership strategies. Identify potential partners, & develop partnership structures with known Jewish organizations, educational institutions, and other potential partnerships.
  • Expand & preserve local, national, and international current collaborations with existing partners and community members.
  • Adapt the Ofek Hub curriculum to the IAC vision in terms of working with the different regions. Continually update regions, educate them & promote the OFEK programs to meet their communities’ specific needs.
  • Look at the overall Ofek platform from a marketing point of view & plan a yearly marketing plan.
  • Oversee the preparation of all the materials for the graphic design (pictures, clips, descriptions, slogans, etc.).
  • Lead Ofek’s promotion nationally on social media platforms & maintain a presence throughout the year.
  • Prepare all the materials for the newsletters (internal & external).
  • Maintain all marketing & promotional materials.
  • Stay ahead of trends, exploring new channels and innovative strategies to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously refine our approach.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in marketing.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, including reading, writing and speaking.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and layout/design skills
  • Confident communicator and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Have a strong public presence.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work and make decisions independently.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and balance multiple projects.
  • Strong high-level planning and monitoring capabilities.
  • Visionary, creative, and entrepreneurial abilities.
  • Emotional intelligence, humility, and drive.
  • Propensity for problem-solving.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Israeli culture.

*Full-time employees working 20 plus hours per week shall be eligible for insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision, & life) following the new hire waiting period.
