The Interfaith Families Project of Greater Washington (IFFP) is an independent community dedicated to interfaith families, celebrating and learning about Jewish and Christian traditions. Founded in 1995, IFFP has grown to approximately 300 members, making it one of the largest interfaith programs in the country. The organization offers various programs, including Sunday School, adult learning, and interfaith weddings, fostering a sense of community and respect for both faiths. IFFP emphasizes inclusivity, allowing families to appreciate both heritages without choosing one over the other, and operates with a commitment to balance between Jewish and Christian traditions.
