Title: Case Manager – Washington, D.C. & Greater Washington Area. Compensation: $55,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience. Employment Type: full-time; a flexible role combining in-person and remote work. Why this role matters: Families facing pediatric illness are navigating one of the most difficult chapters of their lives. The Case Manager helps families think clearly in moments of crisis, connects them to resources, and ensures they never feel alone. The role is deeply relational and dynamic, serving as the primary support professional for approximately 50 families across the Washington, D.C. and Greater Washington region.
