Eagle Point is a unique residential summer camp serving children with complex medical needs. Our camp operates out of a home-style kitchen setting. We seek a Head Chef who is comfortable cooking in this setting and who values creating nourishing, comforting meals that feel homemade and familiar.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve three nutritious meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for approximately 35 people; prepare snacks throughout the day; ensure all food is prepared according to the highest standards of kashrut; maintain timely and organized meal service; plan and execute menus that are nourishing, creative, and age-appropriate; incorporate fun themes or special touches; manage food ordering, inventory, and storage; accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and medical needs; maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen; collaborate with camp leadership to support daily programming and special events.IDEAL CANDIDATE: Creative, warm, and adaptable; enjoys nurturing others through food and hospitality; brings imagination into the kitchen with playful touches; flexible, receptive to feedback, and able to think on their feet; positive, easygoing presence that helps make mealtime welcoming and joyful.To Apply: Qualified candidates are encouraged to contact Tzvi Haber (Executive Director) at thaber@imadi.org and include a resume.
