The role: Lead the design and delivery of extraordinary experiences for children with life-changing medical conditions and their families. Oversee year-round client programming, hospital engagement, fundraising events, and imadi’s flagship overnight summer camp. Serve as both architect and conductor, designing experiences that feel magical to participants and operationally sound.
