ABOUT THE POSITION: imadi is seeking a Head Chef for our summer camp. Eagle Point is a unique residential summer camp serving children with complex medical needs, operating out of a home-style kitchen rather than an industrial facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve three nutritious meals daily for ~35 people; provide snacks throughout the day; ensure kashrut standards; maintain timely, organized meal service; plan and execute nourishing, creative, age-appropriate menus; incorporate fun themes; manage ordering, inventory, and storage; accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and medical needs; maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen; collaborate with camp leadership for daily programming and special events.
