**imadi is seeking an Experience Director to lead the design and delivery of extraordinary experiences for children with life-changing medical conditions and their families. This role is for a builder – someone who transforms vision into reality, who holds high standards, and who believes that meaningful experiences can change lives. The Experience Director oversees year-round client programming, hospital engagement, fundraising events, and imadi’s flagship overnight summer camp. They serve as both architect and conductor – designing experiences that feel magical to participants and operationally sound behind the scenes.
