I Was Supposed to Have a Baby (IWSTHAB) connects people from all over the globe struggling to have a child. We are seeking a Director of Programming to lead and grow our programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic goals. This is an opportunity to expand IWSTHAB’s impact, bring empathy and innovation to our work, and support thousands of people in need.

About the Role:

• This is a fully remote, part-time position (~20 hours/week, .5 FTE) with flexible hours
• Core working hours are Monday–Thursday, 11am–2pm ET, during which team members should generally be available for meetings at least three days per week
• The position reports to the Founder/Executive Director.
