Alumni and Community Outreach Manager
The Alumni and Community Outreach Manager will develop and maintain relationships with potential donors and stakeholders of HANC. The Alumni and Community Outreach Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of community outreach strategies and programming as well as the related fundraising opportunities.
The Alumni and Community Outreach Manager duties will include, but not be limited to:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with HANC Administrators at each campus.
Manage the annual calendar of programming across all HANC campuses for Parents, Grandparents, and Alumni.
Oversee Grandparent Giving Circle program.
Identify and roll out new community programming.
Craft and send stakeholder mailings and communications throughout the year.
Manage HANC’s social media presence.
Provide support for the annual Dinner.
Identification and transfer of potential major donors to the Director of Advancement.
Coordinate the design, printing and distribution of annual solicitation materials to parents/grandparents and alumni.
