Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development
* Design and execute an international marketing plan, with a primary focus on Jewish communities in North America.
Content Production
* Produce high-quality video content in English showcasing the organization’s social and philanthropic initiatives.
* Create engaging content, including videos, articles, and feature stories.
* Develop and distribute monthly newsletters with tailored content, updates, and partnership highlights.
* Regularly update website content to align with the organization’s activities and needs.
Social Media Management
* Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
* Leverage influencer marketing by identifying and collaborating with key opinion leaders in Jewish communities.
Community & Partnership Engagement
* Identify and establish connections with Jewish federations and organizations in North America in coordination with the International Partnerships Manager.
* Coordinate collaborations with social organizations and Jewish communities to expand HaGal Sheli’s presence.
* Support the organization’s participation in major community events and initiatives.
Marketing & Public Relations Coordination
* Work closely with the marketing and PR team to generate media coverage in Jewish publications.
* Track and follow up on outreach efforts with media outlets in the U.S. and Canada.
* Build relationships with key thought leaders to secure features in local and international Jewish media.

Skills & Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement, preferably within the nonprofit or philanthropic sector.
* Deep familiarity with North American Jewish communities and Jewish life, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and engagement strategies.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
* Proven experience managing social media platforms, including content strategy, audience growth, and analytics.
* Experience working with CRM, email marketing, and digital campaign tools; Salesforce experience preferred.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
* Experience working in cross-cultural and multilingual environments.
* Native English speaker (American or Canadian preferred); Hebrew proficiency is a significant advantage.

Additional Notes

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bat Yam or Tel Aviv The workweek is Sunday through Thursday, but sometimes it involves Fridays. Occasional travel within Israel may be required. This position may require tasks and responsibilities outside of the job description to support organizational goals.
