Hadar seeks a Regional Program Associate to help support Hadar’s rapidly growing presence in Atlanta, and other Hadar regions. Hadar’s regional programs are at a significant growth moment. The Regional Program Associate will play a key role in executing Hadar’s programs in Atlanta, as well as supporting Hadar Community Groups and operational support for programs in all of Hadar’s regions, with an emphasis on development focused programing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and has a sense of humor. This person will report into our Director of National Programs, and will be a member of the Program and Engagement Team and Regional team. This is a full-time position, based in Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

  • Atlanta Programs: Work with the Director of Hadar Atlanta to support logistical and operational needs for Atlanta Hadar programs including planning, staffing events, and follow up. This work includes being a presence at programs as well as communicating directly with participants, creating registration forms, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Development Programs: Work with Regional Directors and Hadar’s Development Team offering logistical and operational support for all development programs in Hadar regions, with a focus on Atlanta.
  • Regional Community Group Support: Work directly with the Director of Hadar Community Groups to support groups within Hadar’s regions, with a focus on Atlanta.
  • Manage Atlanta program data collection and processing systems.
  • Occasional responsibility to work evenings or weekends, and occasional domestic travel to support programs locally and nationally.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Friendly and clear verbal and written communication skills, with an eye toward detail.
  • Flexible and agile workstyle with the ability to change plans and pivot as needed.
  • Self-motivated and driven to create and implement new systems.
  • Team oriented and collaborative.
  • Comfortable working in Google suite, and ability to utilize data management systems effectively including but not limited to Salesforce, Survey Monkey.
  • Familiarity with Hebrew and Judaism preferred.

Salary: The salary for this position is from $60,000-$65,000.
