Hadar Community Groups Program Associate
Hadar
Hadar Community Groups is a growing initiative that supports grassroots, peer-led communities around the country as they gather for Jewish learning (Torah), prayer and song (Avodah), and acts of kindness (Hesed). These groups are small in size but powerful in impact—lay-led gatherings that are reshaping Jewish life by building connection, depth, and belonging from the ground up.
We are seeking a Program Associate who brings precision and care to their work, believes in the power of strong systems to support bold vision, and sees logistics as a tool for building deep and lasting relationships. This person will play a central role in growing this national movement by helping local leaders turn their dreams into reality by guiding them through key logistical steps, ensuring they have access to the support they need, and helping Hadar model the kind of relational, intentional community we aim to inspire.
Hadar strongly encourages applications from individuals with a broad range of identities and backgrounds, including people of color, women, people with disabilities, immigrants, LGBTQIA+ people, and people who come from low-income or working-class backgrounds.
