Agency Description
The Hebrew Educational Society, a thriving multi-service, comprehensive community center located in southeast Brooklyn, provides a diverse array of programs and services within a multicultural, multi-ethnic environment that is inclusive of people of all ages and ability levels. Programs include Early Childhood, After School, Camps, Athletic and Aquatic Activities, Older Adults and a robust portfolio of programs for people with disabilities.
As the you will be responsible for ongoing registration of agency programs, and working with all of the agency’s departments to facilitate registrations to their programming.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for registration for programs in our Special Needs, Early Childhood, Afterschool, Fitness, Aquatics, Social Services, Music and Summer Camp Departments
- Responsible for all of the buildouts of programs in our registration system
- Become versed in all of our agency systems, specifically our registration system “Daxko”
- Work with the marketing department on promotional events requiring registration
- Provide necessary and accurate information to current and potential participants
- Prepare all paperwork for open enrollment periods
- Verify that all forms are complete and up-to-date during registration
- Follow up on all inquiries and update program directors as needed
- Process registration for the Summer Food Program
- Operation and administrative duties as needed
- Organize and update paper work on regular basis
- Collection of payment and collect financial documents for scholarship
- Set up postdated Credit card/checks
- Process payments daily and insure all monthly dues are setup for withdrawal and scheduled accordingly
- Ensure all payments are up to date and make necessary phone call if need be
- Assist with agency-wide Sunday Cultural Events/Open House
- Oversee the delivery of multiple projects and deliverables
- Maximize communications and advocacy opportunities, strengthening HES reputation
- Other assignments as needed by supervisor
- This position will require occasional Sunday work during the year in accordance with agency operations and program needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements with no restrictions
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage conflict when necessary
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Be a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google suite, Asona, Adobe, Microsoft office suite, CRM systems, and other fitness-related software programs, and POS systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
