About Canarsie Football Club

Canarsie Football Club (CFC) is a fast-growing youth soccer program serving the Brooklyn community in conjunction with the Hebrew Educational Society. We are committed to providing structured, development-focused training while fostering a positive and professional environment for our players and families.

We are currently seeking a motivated and licensed Youth Soccer Coach to lead our U9 and U13 teams. Training sessions take place at the Hebrew Educational Society, with league matches held throughout New York City.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver structured training sessions for U9 and U13 players
  • Develop age-appropriate technical and tactical skills
  • Coach weekend league matches and occasional tournaments across NYC
  • Communicate effectively with parents and club staff
  • Maintain a professional, disciplined, and positive team culture
  • Represent Canarsie FC professionally at all trainings and games

Qualification:

  • USSF Grassroots License or USSF D License (required)
  • Experience coaching youth players (U9 and/or U13 preferred)
  • Strong understanding of long-term player development
  • Reliable transportation for citywide games
  • Ability to commit to scheduled training days consistently
  • Competitive playing or coaching background
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • CPR/First Aid certified (Preferred)

Salary: Between $25.000-$40.00 per hour (based on experience and license)

Practice Schedule:

  • Tuesdays
  • Thursdays
  • Saturdays
  • Additional days may be available based on availability and team needs

(Evening and weekend availability is required.)
