Full job description

The Marketing - Creative Designer Manager is responsible for developing and executing engaging visual content to support H.E.S branding, program outreach, and community engagement. This role manages social media strategy, graphic design, event marketing, and promotional campaigns, ensuring all marketing materials align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and videos to promote H.E.S programs and events.
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement (comments, messages, and
  • interactions).
  • Analyze engagement to identify top-performing content and refine strategy accordingly.
  • QR Code Management /Scans
  • Design flyers, brochures, digital ads, and promotional materials to maintain brand consistency.
  • Design digital and print collateral (flyers, brochures, registration packets, schedules) to support programming and outreach.
  • Ensure all materials align with H.E.S branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Oversee Canva and Google Photos Management for organized asset storage.
  • Support boosted post creation and digital ad content for program visibility and outreach.
  • Plan and design marketing campaigns for childcare, youth sports, adult programs, and special events.
  • Coordinate email marketing efforts, ensuring newsletters and promotional materials are engaging and informative.
  • Manage 12-month event calendar, collaborating with different departments to ensure timely promotions.
  • Create and manage email campaigns weekly highlights, seasonal promotions, and event announcements.
  • Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and audience response to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align campaigns with registration periods and upcoming events.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos at events and programs for marketing purposes.
  • Edit and optimize content for various platforms, ensuring professional and visually appealing presentations.
  • Prepare video recaps, highlight reels, and promotional footage optimized for social, web, and digital use.
  • Analyze social media engagement and ad performance to optimize content.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on audience insights.
  • Collaborate with the Website & Analytics team to track registration trends and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements with no restrictions
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage conflict when necessary
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Be a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in marketing, social media management, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and digital engagement strategies.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
