WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Program Manager is an exempt position responsible for ensuring that the program meets all contract requirements and metrics while overseeing all clients under the program and monitoring service progress. The Program Manager is responsible for representing the program to all relevant stakeholders including the funding entity, school district, and other community partners.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Site Coordinators, Social Emotional Learning Specialists and Family Advocates.
  • Provides immediate support and supervision to staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the program budget, contract requirements, and meets fiscal and contract year metrics.
  • Review and edit all documentation submitted by staff.
  • Maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to the funder, schools, school district and community partners.
  • Complete funder and agency reports.
  • Liaise with the community to communicate program goals and mission to promote program.
  • Provide monthly supervision to Site Coordinators to ensure development and contract requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of experience in managing the delivery of children and family-focused services.
  • Experience providing direct client support services in a human service setting.
  • Understanding of human development as well as mindfulness practices.
  • Understanding and experience working with school age children.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to provide supervision to staff.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Ability to work in the field as needed to support staff.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations.
  • Potential exposure to clients that may be verbally and/or physically aggressive.
  • Potential exposure to communicable diseases.
  • Use of personal vehicle to transport self and clients as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
