WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Therapist is an exempt position responsible for providing therapeutic care to Hub clients, including counseling or crisis intervention. The therapist will also be responsible for developing an assessment and treatment plan to guide the course of clinical treatment.
- Develop assessments and treatment plans for Hub clients requiring clinical care.
- Provide counseling services to clients needing support.
- Implement Baker Acts, risk assessments, and safety plans as needed.
- Facilitate routine case staffing with other clinical network providers.
- Ensure documentation is entered into the electronic health record in accordance with agency requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clinical providers in the community.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Master’s degree in a clinical license-eligible field required.
- Professional Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Mental Health Therapist with current state license certifications/licensure is a requirement for the position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time with supported assistance.
- Use of personal vehicle to transport clients as needed.
- Must have a valid drivers' license and auto insurance coverage.
