WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Program Director leads and manages all operational aspects of the Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) program, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, delivering high-quality service, and providing effective supervision of the day-to-day activities of case management staff.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Manage the CCE Lead Agency case management services and staff to ensure compliance with funding source requirements.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train case management personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring service delivery meets quality standards and client needs.
- Collaborate with the Case Manager Supervisor to monitor monthly caseloads, allocate new referrals efficiently, and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all case management activities.
- Provide direct oversight of case management and support services during staff absences, including handling APS High-Risk Referrals to maintain continuity of care.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and program requirements, including mandatory client contacts, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Lead participation in internal and external monitoring visits by QI teams and funders; develop and implement improvement and corrective action plans as necessary.
- Manage program budgets strategically, maintaining productivity benchmarks and ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
- Monitor and control client service costs in alignment with funder requirements and contractual obligations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the funder, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Support the Homemaking Department as needed to ensure seamless service delivery across programs.
- Support and provide oversight to short-term grants, projects, or programs as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational goals.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Master’s degree in human service, social services, business administration, public administration, or related field required; with a minimum of two (2) years of program management and/or supervisory experience; or
- A bachelor's degree in human services or related field with at least five (5) years of program management and/or supervisory experience.
- Must have three (3) years of experience in budgetary and grant management.
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with clients and other employees.
- Must complete 701B certification and any other required funder training within 30 days of start date.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work in stressful and demanding environments
- Must be able to lift and/or carry office supplies, files, etc., weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance coverage.
