WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Case Manager Aide is a non-exempt position responsible for assisting case managers with their everyday duties. This position will also connect fathers with social and parenting services to help establish the responsibilities of parenthood.

  • Responsible for helping coordinate FAME services to enrolled clients.
  • Input initial social and parenting services progress note in the Avatar Data system as directed.
  • Refer all completed social and parenting service actions to the case manager in a timely manner.
  • Network, collaborate, and build a social and parenting list for client service needs.
  • Research newly available social and parenting services online for clients
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social and parenting services.
  • Participate in team meetings and training.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in environments where accuracy and thoroughness are critical
  • Knowledge of community resources and organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Potential exposure to a stressful environment involving difficult client situations.
  • Ability to lift and or carry supplies, files, etc., up to 25lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a valid driver license with auto insurance coverage.
