WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Career Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for coordinating courtroom liaison activities, job development, job placement, and case management. The Career Case Manager also assists in establishing responsible parenthood for individuals participating in the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program (NCPEP).
- Provide comprehensive case management to clients.
- Identify and implement improvements in existing programs.
- Participate in the development of individual employment plans for clients.
- Establish community-based employment sites.
- Identify and provide individualized job development.
- Record, analyze, and extract reports of employment processes.
- Provide follow-along services to applicable program participants.
- Support program with linkage to other applicable internal and external programs and services.
- Ensure peer reviews are completed monthly
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $18.99 - $19.50 - entry level, Tier I Career Case Manager
- $19.51 - $20.00 - two (2) - four (4) years of experience for Tier II Career Case Manager
- $20.01 - $20.50 - five (5) or more years of experience for Tier III Career Case Manager

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus applicable years of experience
- Entry level staff must complete the required Florida Workforce Professional Certification instituted by the Program Funder and dictated by the Regional Workforce Board within 12 months of employment. Staff with experience must have the Florida Workforce Professional Certification I.
- Highly knowledgeable about methods of job development and client placement
- Knowledge of community resources and organizations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to prepare and manage documents, presentations, and databases
- Ability to coordinate community resources to achieve program goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with people
- Good time management skills with attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
