WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Senior Career Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for scheduling courtroom activities, job development, job placement, case management and assisting in the establishment of responsible parenthood for individuals participating in the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program. Provide training for all new or in-need employees as assigned.
- Provide training for new or existing employees as assigned.
- Assist staff when the Team Lead is not available.
- Provide comprehensive case management to program participants.
- Participates in the development of an individual employment plan for the participant.
- Establishes community-based employment sites for program participants.
- Provides individualized job development to program participants.
- Records, analyzes, and reports results of the employment process in a concise and timely fashion by using all appropriate formats.
- Provides follow-along services to applicable program participants.
- Provides linkage to other applicable internal and external programs.
- Ensures that employment job sites are accessible and in compliance with the safety/health standards of this agency and other accrediting agencies.
- Ensures that eight peer reviews are completed every month.
- Recommends and implements improvements in existing programs, which lead to a more effective employment program.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience with NCPEP, and a minimum of eight (8) years
- Must have the Workforce Professional Certification 1.
- Knowledge of job development techniques.
- Knowledge of current supported employment techniques.
- Ability to coordinate community resources to achieve program goals.
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with people.
- Facilitates the growth of NCPEP by providing program information.
- Valid driver's license with current auto insurance coverage.
