WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Homecare Case Management Operations Manager is an exempt position responsible for overseeing the coordination of the Holocaust Survivor Program, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with program and funding requirements. The role manages vendor relationships, assists clients with service and financial needs, maintains accurate records, and facilitates communication with the Holocaust Advisory Committee. The Manager also supports grant-related and agency audits, reporting, budgeting, and funder documentation, and helps plan client socialization events.

  • Manages relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with client homecare or service requests.
  • Tracks and monitors home care hours used for Claims Conference records and reporting, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of data for compliance and funding purposes.
  • Manages client emergency financial assistance requests, transportation, and service delivery concerns.
  • Logs client requests and service deliveries and maintains accurate client records in both electronic systems and paper files.
  • Manages communication with the Holocaust Advisory Committee, provides quarterly updates, and documents meeting minutes.
  • Assists with grant-related and agency audits, reporting, budgeting, and funder documentation, including Claims Conference applications, quarterly budgets, and billing reports.
  • Supports all staff and covers duties when others are absent.
  • Assists with socialization events.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience in human services).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a human services setting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate across teams, prioritize, and ensure compliance with funder requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation, reporting, and data tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with case management databases.
  • Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with clients and other employees with compassion and patience.
  • Must be available to work occasional overtime or respond to urgent client needs.
  • May be required to use personal vehicle for client transportation.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
