WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Program Supervisor is an exempt position responsible for assisting the Family Skills Builder Program (FSB) Director in providing direct oversight to staff and the assessment of children and families in the home, school, and community settings. The Program Supervisor develops, strengthens, and maintains a direct working relationship with the family and facilitates collaborative partnership with the families and community providers/professionals to develop a support system for the family.?
- Provide direct supervision to staff as assigned by Program Director to ensure performance goals set by agency and funders are met?
- Participate in bi-weekly supervision and team meetings, peer audits with Program Director and staff?
- Ensure all outcome measurements are satisfied per contract requirements and assist in ensuring all quality standards are met and reviewed quarterly
- Serve as a resource regarding community resources and professional skill-building for employees under direct supervision
- Model and facilitate a working environment that fosters professional growth, personal initiative, and shared decision making
- Participate in on-call system per Agency and/or funder’s policy and procedure
- Intervene and assist Agency/FSB program staff in crisis situations, as necessary
- Assist in program planning and community outreach, training, and development of resources for the program clients in conjunction with Program Director
- Attend provider meetings, trauma, and domestic violence committee meetings assigned by Program Director
- Support the development of Graduate level interns and their university requirements to increase program services to clients
- Function as the program liaison and referral coordinator in the Program Director’s absence
- Required to maintain clients’ contact information and evacuation plan in the event of a natural disaster
- Perform all other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in the area of Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling and Therapy, or related human service field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with families, clinical experience, and knowledge in cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused brief therapy required.
- One (1) year field supervision experience.
- As a requirement, candidates must be bilingual: English and Spanish
- Must have a valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance coverage.
