GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION |
The Oakland80 Manager will train, coach and support a team of Oakland80 Career and Education Navigators who will help residents make decisions about career and education paths. Navigators will support residents beyond traditional career and education advising or coaching. The support Oakland 80 Career and Education Navigators provide is personalized and holistic, helps individuals understand their value, and encourages individuals to consider unfamiliar types of career pathways and employment opportunities. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for collecting and maintaining program outcomes and required reporting. The manager will work closely with the Oakland80 administrator and other partners to develop and implement a strategy for customer outreach, engagement and retention. The manager will work closely with the Oakland80 administrator and county staff to market and brand the initiative. |
