Friendship Circle of Cleveland is seeking an organized, people-first HR Generalist to own

and enhance our people operations from end to end. This role is responsible for building

and maintaining the systems, policies, and culture that allow our team to thrive. The HR

Generalist will serve as the primary driver of HR initiatives while partnering with an

external HR consultant for strategic guidance and compliance support.
