The Kulanu Hebrew School Coordinator is a senior educational leadership role responsible for the vision, quality, and day‑to‑day excellence of the Kulanu Hebrew School. This position is designed for an experienced, mission‑driven Jewish educator with demonstrated success leading Hebrew schools or educational programs and a strong understanding of inclusive education.

The Coordinator is entrusted with shaping a warm, rigorous, and joyful Jewish learning environment where neurodiverse and neurotypical children learn together and feel genuinely seen, respected, and proud of their Jewish identity. While the Coordinator leads overall program strategy, quality, and growth, outreach and recruitment are a shared organizational effort. The Coordinator provides leadership and direction for enrollment strategy while leaning on other staff and systems for hands-on outreach and logistics.

This role balances educational vision with strong organizational leadership—supporting staff, partnering with families, collaborating with communal institutions, and ensuring Kulanu remains a program families trust and children love.
