Responsibilities

  • Oversees the planning and execution of single- and multi-location Israeli delegations and paid speaker tours, ensuring schedules, sensitive protocols, and on-the-ground logistics are executed seamlessly and on time
  • Develops and manages detailed itineraries, including securing flight approvals, booking accommodations, arranging ground transportation, processing payments and per diem, and tracking expenses within budget
  • Serves as the primary liaison between fundraisers, National Marketing, and delegates, providing consistent, professional, white-glove support across all stakeholders
  • Applies strong emotional intelligence and judgment, serving as a steady point of care and support for delegates from arrival in the United States through departure to Israel

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in operations/travel/logistics

Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) was established in 1981 by a group of Holocaust survivors to provide for the wellbeing of the men and women who serve in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) as well as veterans and the families of fallen soldiers. Today, FIDF spans 24 chapters across the United States, proudly offering a variety of innovative programs that empower Israel’s soldiers with opportunities, while reinforcing the vital bond between the communities in the United States, the soldiers of the IDF, and the State of Israel.
