Background: The Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs is a partnership of over 200 affiliated clubs with more than 20,000 members across North America and around the world. FJMC brings value and adds meaning to the lives of men and their families by focusing on innovation in programming, leadership development, and strengthening our Jewish community. Through the broad dissemination of the creative programming developed by our clubs, our volunteers impact hundreds of thousands of people each year.

Application: The FJMC seeks an Executive Director to provide support to the organization, with a focus on some key functions. Please submit your resume but also express your interest by responding to each of the below key functions including steps you would take to implement your ideas for addressing each one. Weight will be given to both parts of your application: your resume and your written responses to the five items. Feel free to use as much space as needed.

• Developing and supporting programming
• Fundraising, including securing grant opportunities
• Identifying, Developing and Mentoring Volunteer Leaders
• Interacting with Synagogue Leadership to Strengthen Clubs
• Involvement with Masorti Movement Partners to Promote the FJMC’s Ability to Respond to Community Needs and Challenges

Note: Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience. The ability to work virtually and full or less than full-time will be determined mutually with the successful candidate.
